Ladybug fly
Fly, fly, fly
Ladybugs fly
Fly over here
Fly over there
They fly up high and they fly down low.
Around and around and around they go.
They fly fast, and they fly slow.
Oh, ladybugs fly.
Aaah how sweet Jaap! And how perfect with my lady bug pictures…
And here’s the sad and terrible rhyme they taught us as children:
Ladybug, ladybug, fly away home
Your house is on fire and your children are gone….
Beautiful shots – what kind of lens did you use to capture the ladybug?
Haha, maybe not so sweet as the former verse, but thank you for sharing. And hey, as I recall one is saved (Ann under the frying pan 🙂
My macro lens is a Tamron 90 mm F2.8 (and I’m in love with it)
Yes, that lens (and the photographer) is doing a great job!
WOW! great set of shots! I love the action shot! You have quite an eye. I’m definitely going to have to invest in a macro lens….
Thank you so much!
If you’ve got the money, go for it and buy a macro lens… it’s such a joy and so easy to work with; you’ll find heaps of treasures, even in your own back yard!
Amazing photos!

Thank you Janet, that’s a great compliment!

Nice interpretation of the Threshold theme! What great shots! Love them. 🙂
As for me, I was out looking for photographs reflecting the Halloween theme last October and came across this interesting Threshold. You’re welcome to come and see what my take on this week’s theme is:
